Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Information Technology sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, fostering relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Identify and Qualify Leads:

Research and identify potential clients in the Information Technology sector.
Qualify leads based on the company’s target market and strategic objectives.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand client needs and requirements, and propose tailored solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Proposal Preparation:

Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients.
Work closely with the technical team to create accurate and detailed project proposals.
Negotiation and Closure:

Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals with clients.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs and market dynamics.
